Welcome to Edie Jolly Counseling!
Specialized counseling for children, Adolescents, teens and adults
My practice is dedicated to helping my clients navigate challenges, foster resilience and support their overall wellbeing.

My practice is dedicated to helping my clients navigate challenges, foster resilience and support their overall wellbeing.
Before starting my private practice, I worked as a school counselor, collaborating with students, families, and educators to support growth across academic, social, and emotional areas. That experience continues to guide my work today.
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and challenges with focus, emotional regulation, or relationships. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is structured, practical, and highly individualized. Children, adolescents, and teens develop skills to manage emotions, improve focus, and navigate social and school challenges. Adults build strategies to respond to challenges with clarity and confidence, strengthening skills that support adaptability, flexible thinking, and resilience in daily life.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. Therapy also helps clients increase awareness of how their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses are connected, allowing them to develop practical tools for managing stress, regulating emotions, and responding to challenges with greater ease.
I believe people are capable of meaningful growth when given the right support, insight, and tools. My role is to provide a thoughtful, focused, and results-oriented space where clients can gain perspective, build practical skills, and move forward with confidence and resilience.

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, guided by personalized goals and a clear, structured approach.
Children, adolescents, and teens build skills to manage emotions, improve focus, and navigate social and school challenges. Adults and athletes develop strategies to increase confidence, strengthen resilience, and respond to challenges with clarity and effective problem-solving.
My work focuses on helping clients apply what they learn in therapy in meaningful, practical ways. Each session is designed to meet clients where they are and support lasting growth across school, work, relationships, and personal pursuits.

Many children, adolescents, and teens I work with are bright and capable but sometimes feel stuck or unsure how to cope in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world.
